How sweet is Mary Sue Cox? As sweet as spun sugar, that’s how. For her husband Mort’s 75th birthday, she decided to go all out and have a vast array of passed appetizers with a chef on site for about 30 guests. Tim, Kaete, and I pulled up to the Boathouse in Great Cruz Bay and were immediately greeted by Mary’s smiling face.

Wedding Reception - Passed Appetizers and Buffet - Concordia - 2/28/09 - 40 Guests
After traveling here in earlier days, John fell in love with St. John and Little Lameshur Bay and decided that it was the right place for him and Karen to tie the knot! The reception was held at Concordia- an eco-resort perched high on a cliff on the South Shore of St. John with spectacular views and cool breezes. Concordia was a perfect venue for this down to earth couple.
